An Englishman's home is his castle

The client had recently moved into new family home with a very distinctive front garden, similar to what he described as something from ‘The Amazon’. So, as part of the upgrades, the rainforest / garden was removed and it was beautifully block paved to allow for family parking.

The only issue with this was the lack of a border and distinction between the driveway and walkway to access the front door.

This is where we came in.

The client wanted simplistic railings to be in-keeping with the existing first floor Juliet balcony. We settled on a D-profile hand rail with 50mm x 50mm box section down bars, all to be powder coated in black. With this information and the exact measurements, production at our HQ commenced.

Roll forward 10 days, we were back on-site and ready to go. There was quite a bit of work required: making footings; postcreting the railings; levelling; welding the joints and then touching up with paint by hand – but it was well worth it.

The client was over-the-moon with the railings and as a result, we have been asked to carry out further works to the rear of the property later in the year.
